I specialize in providing Still photos and Virtual Tours, and DRONE* photography for Residential, Commercial Real Estate, For Sale By Owners as well as businesses such as , Doctors Offices, Restaurants, Golf Courses, Hotel Resorts, and the list does not stop there. I serve the Columbus, GA and Phenix City, AL area. I can arrange to provide my services in Harris County, Pine Mountain, LaGrange, Auburn and Opelika too.

Using the correct photos for the job is so very important, as photos are a way to communicate!

Correct lighting, angles,quality of the photos (I use HDR photos), presentation and more should be considered when looking for the best photographer.

My Background

Experience

I started at a very young age taking photos. I come from a military family, so we lived in many different States in the USA as well as Germany. I had a small camera I would take with me in all our travels and take photos, so I have been taking photos for a long time.

Once out of high school, I purchased an SLR camera and would take photos of friends and landscapes. Since I lived in Denver at the time, it provided me with many great opportunities for beautiful locations.

I have been a Realtor (Associate Broker) for the past 18 years and would take photos and make virtual tours for my clients property to market them on the internet. When other Realtors saw what I was able to produce, they asked me to do the same for them. At that point, I started DOUG ROTH PHOTOGRAPHY and upgraded all my photography equipment to the lastest DSLR cameras and now produce HDR photos, Virtual Tours and Drones

I am a Licensed FAA Drone pilot.

This means I can provide my clients with drone photos they can use to market and make money legally. FAA requires anyone using Drone photos to make money have been provided by a FAA licensed Drone pilot. Even if you or a friend can do drone photos, it is not legal to use them to make money, per FAA. ( website, advertising, etc )

I am hired by many of the Realtors and most are the top producing Realtors in the Columbus, Hamilton, LaGrange, Georgia and Phenix City, Ft. Mitchell, Auburn, Alabama

Beside Real Estate, I have provide my services to Businesses, Churches, Land photos, Golf courses, Assistant Living Facilities, Non-Profit companies and more.

I also have a Real Estate Brokers license in Georgia and have held the following positions at our Columbus Board Of Realtors here in Columbus.
